20-year-old business student Roy Kyaw had been missing for three days until he was found dead in his apartmnet at 9:30 PM Sunday night.

The Los Angeles County Coroner's office says preliminary findings show that Kyaw may have died from acute alcohol toxicity.

Investigation into Kyaw's cause of death is pending. Toxicology reports could take over one week to complete.
