A county assessor evaluates all the real estate in their respective region, an important position especially in Los Angeles County. The current L.A. county assessor John Noguez was arrested on corruption charges, which means L.A. is in need of someone to fill the position. Max Schwartz spoke with candidate Jeff Prang.
