L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti has appointed Ken Ziffren (pictured) to succeed Tom Sherak, as the new film czar of Los Angeles. Ziffren, a veteran entertainment attorney, will be working to keep Los Angeles as the entertainment capital of the world. To find out more about what needs to happen in order to influence production companies to continue to do business here in the city of angels, I spoke with USC Film School Professor Mitchell Block.
