For the past two weeks, the AxS Festival, produced by the Pasadena Arts Council, has been exploring intersections of art, science, and curiosity. A variety of music performances, science lectures, and architectural takeovers reflect a 21st-century sensibility for cross-disciplinary disruption. At one event, two scientists teamed up with composer and USC alum Matthew Brown to present an evening of Pasadena-inspired astronomy and music.
