As medicine becomes more expensive, people are turning to swap meets to find the drugs they want at a much cheaper price. City Attorney Mike Feuer is targeting these meetups and other illegal distribution practices In conjunction with L.A. police agencies and the Health Authority and Law Enforcement Taskforce, also known as HALT.
