YouthBuild is a program that takes low-income high school dropouts and gives them the opportuntity to learn job skills - such as construction - as well as to achieve their GED's.

In Los Angeles, National YouthBuild day was celebrated with a rally, a march to City Hall, and then a press conference. At the Conference, YouthBuild was awarded a proclamation from the City of Los Angeles as well as a Congressional commendation.
