CCA's plans to regulate Los Angeles' homeless leaves many furious

The Central City Assocation is a business organization that works to lobby government regulations and advanced policies.  It's latest proposal...to increase the number of police in Los Angeles to push out the homeless.  Activists and homeless gathered in downtown Los Angeles to say that CCA's policy isn't helping Los Angeles, but rather bullying around those less fortunate.

Police say they're just doing they're job, but activists believe there is a better way for everyone to work together.
