Minimum wage has risen, but an employee at Noah's Bagels says it is not enough to support herself with. The rise in minimum wage has caused businesses to cut employee hours and raise prices for menu items.
A financial advisor at Norwestern Mutual says there is a reason for why minimum wage is not enough.
