Have you got your taxes in yet? They're due Tuesday. 

Or are they? Despite the lines out the door at the mailroom on campus and the post office on Vermont Ave., many American's don't have to worry if their taxes aren't signed, sealed, and delivered by the 15th. 

If you are one of the 75 percent of Americans who are expecting a refund, you can request an extension and not worry about any payment penalties from the government.

If you anticipate paying the IRS, you can ask for an extension too...but it will cost you a penalty. 

Still, there were plenty of students waiting patiently in line to make sure their taxes were mailed on time.
