Facebook expands gender options

With the help of GLAAD, a major LGBT advocacy group, Facebook developed a list of 50+ gender options for its users to select. In an effort to enable its users to more accurately identify themselves on the popular social media platform, Facebook will continue to add more options based on GLAAD's suggestions and user feedback. I talked with Rich Ferraro, Vice President of Communications at GLAAD, to learn more about this big new change.
