More and more women are beginning to transition into a career in technology. We spoke with Sophia Vikland, co-founder of BackCODE, a company that develops "serious game" strategies for the classroom and employe education, to hear what she has to say about this new trend. She came to USC today and spoke at the Journalism Forum-Wired Women: Bridging the Technology Gap.
