Healthcare.gov is up, but not without glitches

Error messages and frozen screens have plagued Healthcare.gov, the new website set up to help people enroll in the Affordable Care Act. Research from uSamp showed four out of five users have experienced problems with the site. Another study from Pew Research showed 70 percent of visitors to the siter were not uninsured Americans, they were just people who were curious about the site. We spoke with Dana Chinn, professor at USC's Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism and expert on web analytics about the stie's issues.
