Eight-hundred thousand government employees are without a job again today. According to one estimate the shutdown is costing the U.S. economy as much as $300 million per day. Reporter Logan Heley checked in government offices around the country to find out who's open and who's closed. While some may be upset that the parks are closed, others might be glad to find out the IRS is closed as well.
