We have now reached the eighth day in the partial government shutdown. We spoke with Robert Bordone, Director of the Harvard Negotiation & Mediation Clinic Program and Thaddeus R. Beal Clinical Professor at Harvard Law School, about what got us to this stalemate. He talks negotiation tactics, and what our representatives could be doing differently, in order to reach an agreement.
