LAPD Chief of Police Charlie Beck met with President Obama and other law enforcers met in Washington to discuss criminal justice reform. The panel discussed racial profiling in the police system, new police technology, and incarceration of nonviolent criminals. President Obama is advocating for reduced prison sentences for nonviolent drug offenders. Brianna Feldott reports.
