Angela Davis causes strong response at USC

USC's Speakers Committee recently hosted and evening with political revolutionary Angela Davis. Since, the divisive global figure has spawned heated discussion on campus. The USC College Republicans issued a statement which criticized her staunch support of Communism and denounced her visit to campus, while the Speakers Committee upholds her invitation in support of free speech. In this piece we hear from students who felt inspired by Davis' words and those who strongly disagreed. We also hear from Davis herself, as she calls for collective action against injustice.
