Port of Los Angeles truck drivers resume strike

Truck drivers at the Port of Los Angeles went back on strike today to demand better pay and working conditions.

The drivers from two companies — Pac-9 and TTSI — say their employers violated the terms of the “cooling off” period brokered by Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti in July, which halted a five-day strike.
