Set at LA's Central Library, a marathon 7+ hour reading of the classic Greek epic, Homer's "The Odyssey," bringing the story of Odysseus, veteran of the Trojan War, as he seeks to get home. Even as Odysseus finally makes it back to his homeland of Ithaca, he finds that coming back home from war doesn't mean that conflict is over.

The same could be said of veterans of our modern wars, and we spoke with one of the readers at the library who is a military veteran about that same journey home.

We also spoke with Skip Rizzo at USC's Institute for Creative Technologies, who is helping veterans overcome PTSD with a new form of storytelling: Virtual Reality.
