On USC's campus, the sounds of the Trojan Marching Band are a staple of fall afternoons as they prepare their pre-game and halftime shows for each weekend's football games. They've made a name for themselves as a spirited stalwart at all USC home and away games. Though supporting USC events is their primary function, they've also earned the moniker "Hollywood's Band," performing on numerous television shows and backing up artists like Radiohead and Beyonce at the Grammy's and the Oscars.
This year marks the 35th anniversary of Fleetwood Mac's recording of "Tusk" – the band earned a platinum album for their participation on this track and will celebrate this milestone at this year's homecoming.

Maureen Lee Lenker visited the USC Trojan Marching Band's field practice as they prepared for this Saturday's homecoming game, which will feature the return of over 40 years of band alumni during halftime and pre-game performances.
