District Attorney and sheriff celebrate Los Angeles Hall of Justice reopening

Los Angeles District Attorney Jackie Lacey and Sheriff John L. Scott celebrated the reopening of the Los Angeles Hall of Justice, which closed in 1994 after damage sustained from the Northridge Earthquake. Phoenix Tso has the report here.
