Affordable housing group celebrates opening of new project

For many low-income people in Downtown Los Angeles, getting emergency healthcare is not easy. But, the Skid Row Housing Trust is working to allievate this problem, building affordable housing in the city for individuals referred by the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services. The organization celebrated the grand opening of this Star Apartments building at 240 E. Spring Street.
