Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton spent two days in California to fundraise for the Boys and Girls Club of Long Beach and to deliver a speech at the University of California at Los Angeles.

Clinton's speech at UCLA covered topics that were near and dear to the student audience – the difficulty of finding a first job, internships, and a Q&A moderated by political science professor Lynn Vavreck. Of course, the discussion turned to a possible 2016 presidential run, but Clinton stuck to her earlier statement that she wouldn't make the decision until the end of the year.

She also weighed in on the situation in the Ukraine and called Vladimir Putin a "tough guy with a thin skin." She condemed his actions in Crimea and said more rhetoric is not the answer.

Outside UCLA's Royce Hall after the speech, Clinton's former classmate Kathleen Sloane-Jackson countered the thought that targeting the youth could be an early campaign tactic. "She has been consistently involved with children and young people long before she was in politics. So I think that's a very sincere interest. I don't t

hink she's out stumping."
