The dilemma with defining healthcare

With the deadline for Californians to enroll in healthcare rapidly approaching, many are trying to find and understand what would be the best plan for them. Researchers at USC's Schaeffer Center for Health Policy and the Dornsife Center for Economic and Social Research found some striking information about people's comprehension of healthcare. In one study they found that 42% of Americans could not explain what a deductible was. We spoke with Silvia Helena Barcellos, lead author of the study, to find out more.
