Obama announces "My Brother's Keeper" initiative to aid young men of color

President Obama spoke to an audience of government officials, pledging $200 million in commitments to programs across the country to help young, at-risk black and hispanic men become successful members of society. 

California organizations are participating in the campaign in an effort to make sure that the initiative makes strides on the state and local levels.
