Fishing Ban in California

USC Professor Sarah Feakins, explains why the ban on fishing for several California lakes and rivers is necessary, but at the same time may cause major problems for the fishing industry. Also spoke Jim Petruk, Chairman of the Rooster Tails Fishing Club in Northern California, talks about what the ban would mean for fishing clubs across the state.
