LA leaders push for free wifi city-wide

The Los Angeles city council is looking at a plan to provide free wifi for all of Los Angeles. However, some south LA residents say they aren't sure if they want to expand the city's hot spot. The new fast internet access system will require installation of fiber-optic cables in all homes and businesses. The city is still taking bids to build the system, but some residents are already skeptical. They say that they suspect the winner will get more benefits from the contract than the people who use the service.
