What's occupying the Echo Park Lake?

City crews have removed lots of debris that was occupying the Occupy LA camp over the past few weeks. But even more junk has been occupying the bottom of Echo Park Lake. The City of Los Angeles is currently working on a $65 million project to rehabilitate the lake. I spoke with Michelle Vargas from the Office of Public Works about what has been occupying the bottom of the Echo Park Lake.
