Water Restoration Act Aims to Cut Pollution

A report released today by Environment California warns of the dangers of pollution in bodies of water across the nation, including the Los Angeles River. According to the nonprofit organizations report, the Federal Clean Water Act has failed to stop unchecked pollution allowing sewage, oil, and other toxic wastes to damage our water sources. Chris Foy reports.
