Villaraigosa donors fined by ethics commission

A cardinal sin. That's how the L.A. City Ethics Commission described the campaign finance violation of two Flordia men, who laundered money for Antonio Villaraigosa's 2005 mayoral campaign. Today the commission gave the men one of the largest fines in its 19-year history.
