Well-wishers and do-gooders sent Governor Schwarzenegger valentines today, only these weren't the lovey-dovey kind. Organizations statewide wrote valentines to tell the governor to have a heart and reconsider his budget cuts. Hear how different people will be affected by the governor's proposed budget.
