The union that represents teachers in the Los Angeles district has new plans for its vote for strike authorization. This comes after 18 months of ongoing negotiations between the Los Angeles School District and the teacher's union over teacher contracts. We hear from both sides, the LAUSD Superintendent Ramon Cortines and UTLA's President AJ Duffy about contract issues and the possibility of a strike.
