The idea that raising income taxes on the wealthy will cause them to take all their money and go somewhere else has been trotted out frequently during this campaign cycle. But a study released today by Stanford researchers says it ain't necessarily so.
Annenberg Radio News spoke with Chris Hoene, of the California Budget Project, about the study's findings.
