Los Angeles City Councilman Bernard Parks and State Senator Mark Ridley-Thomas are running for the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors in the 2nd District. The seat has been held by Yvonne Burke since 1992. Parks and Ridley-Thomas held a debate on Thursday, April 24th. Matthew Mundy has highlights.
