LA City Councilman Dennis Zine and Assembly Member Norma Torres joined City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo in introducing a new anti-graffiti legislative package. New legislation will impose strict penalties for graffiti taggers and their parents at both the local and state level, and fund more effective graffiti abatement programs.
