Suzanne Wenzel is a senior scientist with the Rand Corporation and a professor at the USC School of Social Work. Annenberg Radio News Executive Producer Timothy Werth asked her what she thought of the controversial new homeless count, which reported a major decrease in homelessness. She explains what’s really going on with the county’s homeless population.
