A presidential veto and squabbling in Congress over the State Children's Health Insurance Program. But for millions of families, the S-CHIP program is about more than politics. Keesha Hughes is a mother in Sonoma County who relies on the program and she spoke with Tom Sparks on Thursday, October 4th.
