The U.S. economy is facing an slowdown and many fear a recession is quickly approaching. To ease worries, Congress approved a $168 million economic stimulus package. Vincenzo Quadrini, a professor of economics and international business, discusses the drawbacks of the stimulus package and whether it will be helpful in heading off a recession. Quadrini addresses the effect it will have on the people of Los Angeles.
