A new motion approved by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors will regulate local dog breeders and kennels. After a recent increase in cases of over-breeding puppies, Supervisor Mike Antonovich introduced a plan that would unify the county's efforts to identify and shut down puppy mills. Interview with Tony Bell, spokesman for Supervisor Antonovich.
