Dozens of Tea-Partiers gathered in front of the Torrance Civic Center this afternoon to display their distaste for the state of affairs in the state and federal governments. Protesting against big government and what they say is outrageous spending in Washington, demonstrators waved Revolutionary-era American flags while many passing cars beeped their horns in agreement. Chris Foy has the story.
