Proposition 8, the November ballot measure that banned marriage for same sex couples, is on the main stage again. The California Supreme Court heard arguments on both sides of the issue today.
The court is trying to determine whether or not the ammendment is constitutional.
It is also expected to decide if it will affect gay marriages that took place between June 2008, when gay marriage was legalized, and November 2008 when proposition 8 was voted in.
The court has ninety days to make a decision.
