The California Supreme Court issued a new ruling in the ongoing battle of gay marriage. Supporters of Proposition 8, which banned gay marriage in the state of California, now have the right to defend that ban in court. The Prop 8 showdown will continue in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals...but for more on what this really means, I spoke with USC Professor of Law David Cruz.
