Prayer Service Calls For Tolerance Over Homosexuality In Uganda

Local religious leaders from different faiths gathered today at Glendale City Church to pray for the people of Uganda. They stood together against a proposed new law, which calls for the death penalty for homosexuals. Dave Ferguson, a gay rights activist, lead the prayer service asking for tolerance and acceptance. The service brought home that while in America we may be fighting over Prop. 8, in other countries the fight for equality is potentially fatal.
