Local middle school students gathered at the Los Angeles Public Library to hear about the library's new free test preparation program "Student Smart: Tools of Becoming a Better Student." Aimed to help middle and high school students stay in school and better prepare for college, the program is a collaboration between the library and testing center The Princeton Review.
