Los Angeles is Second on List of Most Corrupt Cities

A recent study places Los Angeles second on a list of the high up on a list it would prefer to be at the bottom of. According to researchers at the University of Illinois, Los Angeles is only second to Chicago in the most public corruption convictions since 1976. Los Angeles has had over 1,200 convictions.
