Los Angeles and State of California implement water conservation programs

The LA City Council met today to enact Phase 3 of the city's six-phase water conservation program. Phase 3 will only allow LA residents to water their lawns on Mondays and Thursdays, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The State of California also announced a $4 million dollar conservation plan with the Save Our Water Campaign.
