The Los Angeles Police Department released a self-report on the clash between officers and protestors and journalists at May Day rally.
Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa said the LAPD and the Police Commission will be implementing 23 new policy recommendations. But some local leaders think they need to go deeper.
