County and city leaders want residents to turn off unused lights between 8pm and 9pm on Saturday, October 20. They say it cuts down on energy waste and indirectly helps fight global warming. We talked to shoppers at a mall in the Crenshaw District in South LA to get their take on energy efficiency in working class communities.
