One year ago, Jamiel Shaw was tragically murdered. The star high school football player was in the wrong place at the wrong time when he was shot to death by a gang member who was in America illegally. Since then, his parents have tried to make sure the same thing doesn't happen again. They spoke before the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, March 2, and Michelle LaRue of Annenberg Radio News was there.
