United Way Study Shows Benefits of County Providing Housing to Homeless

The streets of Los Angeles are home to the highest population of homeless people in the country. It may be that getting them off the streets and into permanent housing could help them and the county's purse strings more than anything else, according to a study conducted by the United Way.
