Grand Avenue project delayed

County Supervisor Michael Antonovich thinks it might be time to rethink the $3 billion Grand Avenue Project to transform Downtown Los Angeles. Antonovich approached the Board of Directors to ask for a progress report on the project. The Grand Avenue Plan has been delayed for 16 months and the developer, Related Company of New York, does not have the financial backing to start construction on the project anytime soon.
